Bucherer x Rolex, British Museum
Rolex, among the antiquities
Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
The British Museum after dark, with Rolex in the cases. For Bucherer and Rolex, we created two contrasting worlds inside the British Museum, bringing timepieces, jewellery, culture and craftsmanship into conversation.
The word RESONATE in large, light blue, blurred capital letters.
Watches Among Antiquities
Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
The evening began in the Egyptian Gallery. We designed illuminated showcases to echo the museum’s own, placing the Rolex collection among the artefacts as pieces to study, not products to sell. Then the scale changed.

After Hours, Extraordinary

Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
Guests moved into the Great Court, where seven sculptural tables swept through the space beneath the glass roof. The creative language came directly from the Rolex dial, with racing green, cream, gold and a flash of yellow carried through the tablescape, florals and smallest details. An orchestra on the stairs brought another layer of drama to the architecture.

From the Hushed to the Spectacular

Red scribble shaped like a broad zigzag line with rounded edges.
Every choice took its cue from either the museum or the watch. The showcases borrowed the curator’s eye. The tables borrowed the watchmaker’s palette. Two spaces. Two moods. One world built around Rolex.
